Philodendron Sheaths These exotic embellishments are carefully hand harvested on a daily basis from the gorgeous plants which grace our property in southeast Louisiana. Their leathery, reddish brown appearance lends an exceptional enhancement to gourd art. May be used as is in dried floral arrangements. They become soft and pliable when soaked in warm water for gourd work. These sheaths are freshly dried and range from 6" to 18+" long. Please note that all parts of the Philodendron plant are poisonous if ingested by people or pets.
